Earn and redeem DTech Star Points: how points are earned, credited, redeemed and when they expire.

Star Points is DTech's reward programme. Shop at dtech.com.bd or in our stores, earn points on eligible purchases, and use them as a discount on your next order.

1. Who can join

Every registered DTech customer is automatically a member. Create a free account with your mobile number to start earning. Points are linked to your account and phone number; purchases made without an account do not earn points.

2. Earning points

  • Eligible products show the number of Star Points they earn on the product page.
  • Each eligible product earns the fixed number of points shown on it, multiplied by the quantity you buy. Delivery charges do not earn points.
  • Products already sold at a discount, campaign or special price do not earn points unless the product page says otherwise.
  • From time to time we may run promotions with bonus or double points; the conditions of each promotion apply.

3. When points are credited

Points are credited to your account 3 days after delivery, once the order is complete, and you receive a notification. You can see your balance and history in My Account › Points. If you return a product, the points earned on it are removed.

4. Redeeming points

  • 1 Star Point = ৳1 discount.
  • Sign in and apply your points at checkout online, or ask the cashier to redeem them in store using your registered mobile number.
  • Points can cover part or all of the product value, up to the limit shown at checkout. They cannot be used to pay delivery charges.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or combined across accounts.
  • If you cancel or return an order paid partly with points, the redeemed points are returned to your account (subject to their original expiry date).

5. Expiry

Star Points are valid for 100 days from the date they are credited. Points that are not used within this period expire automatically and cannot be restored. Check the expiry dates in your account.

6. Misuse

DTech may cancel points, suspend the account or refuse redemption where points were gained through fraud, fake orders, multiple accounts, reselling or any misuse of the programme.

7. Changes to the programme

DTech may change the earning rate, eligible products, redemption value or rules of Star Points, or end the programme, with notice on this page. Points already credited will remain usable until their expiry date unless the programme ends, in which case we will give reasonable notice to use them.
