অর্ডারকৃত প্রডাক্ট লাগবে না মনে হলে প্রডাক্টের বক্স না খুলে গ্রাহক সেটা ফেরত দিয়ে অন্য কোন পণ্য অথবা সম্পূর্ণ পণ্য মূল্য ফেরত নিতে পারবেন ।
