পানি জনিত কারণে নষ্ট হলে,পূড়ে গেলে,ভেঙে গেলে ,খোলার চেষ্টা করলে ,প্রডাক্ট ব্যবহার নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ না করার কারণে প্রডাক্ট নষ্ট হলে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে ।

যেকোন প্রডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কাল শেষ হয়ে গেলে একজন গ্রাহক সর্বোচ্চ অতিরিক্ত ১০ দিন ওয়ারেন্টী পাবেন । কোন প্রডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টি যদি ৯০ দিন হয় ,গ্রাহক অতিরিক্ত আরো ১০ দিন পাবেন ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করার জন্য । এই সময় অতিক্রম হওয়ার পর গ্রাহক ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করতে পারবেন না ।
অর্ডারকৃত প্রডাক্ট লাগবে না মনে হলে প্রডাক্টের বক্স না খুলে গ্রাহক সেটা ফেরত দিয়ে অন্য কোন পণ্য অথবা সম্পূর্ণ পণ্য মূল্য ফেরত নিতে পারবেন ।
যেকোন ধরনের ওয়ারেন্টি,রিটার্ণ,রিফান্ড অভিযোগের জন্য প্রডাক্টের বক্স অবশ্যই সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে ,প্রডাক্ট বক্স ব্যতীত অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না ।
